Always. We send a free design preview on WhatsApp within 48 hours, and we don't print until you approve it. Tweaks are unlimited — we keep refining until you love it.

Design preview in 48 hours, then 5–7 days for delivery anywhere in India once you approve. Need it sooner for a birthday? Tell us the date and we'll try to prioritise it.

Because every piece is made to order just for you, we offer a partial Cash on Delivery (COD) option. You can pay a small advance to confirm your order, with the remaining amount payable at the time of delivery. We also accept payments via UPI, cards and net banking. All payments are fully secure.

We pack every piece in protective, gift-ready packaging — but if anything arrives damaged, send us an unboxing video within 24 hours and we'll ship a free replacement.

Since each item is custom-made with your photos and text, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If there's a printing error or damage on our side, we'll remake it free of charge.
